What are the rules of conversation that must be adopted on social networks?
Moneysurfers Sagl invites its users to engage in polite, relevant, and respectful conversation.

Comments and posts that violate the conditions set out in this document will be removed without prior notice.
Insults, profanity, threats, or behavior that undermines the dignity of individuals and the decorum of institutions, the rights of minorities and minors, and the principles of freedom and equality will not be tolerated. These guidelines comply with the principles known as “netiquette,” which every member of an online community should already know and respect.
In particular, the following will be removed:

- spam, advertising messages, and promotions of personal activities (blogs, private websites, etc.) will be immediately removed and, if necessary, a report will be forwarded to the social network administrators;
- conducting or encouraging illegal activities;
- information that may compromise personal safety or public systems;
- content that violates the interests of a legal entity or third parties;
- comments or posts that contain sensitive data in violation of the Privacy Law;

- promotion of products, services, or political organizations;
- fundraising promotions.
- any other content that, at the sole discretion of Moneysurfers Sagl, may cause damage or prejudice, even preventively or prognostically.
Comments and content of the following types are also discouraged and subject to moderation:
- off topic: comments not relevant to a particular published topic;
- reports of poor service: suggestions and complaints can be sent by email to Moneysurfers Sagl;
- comments and posts written in offensive language, intended to disrupt the discussion or offend those who manage and moderate social media channels.
Users who interact on the social networks used by Moneysurfers Sagl are required to identify themselves with their first and last names; the use of anonymous nicknames is not permitted. In the latter case, the administrators will assess whether there are valid reasons for maintaining anonymity within the discussion; if there are no such reasons, anonymous posts and/or comments will be removed.
For those who repeatedly violate these conditions or those contained in the policies of the tools adopted, we reserve the right to ban or block them to prevent further interventions and to report the user to the platform managers and, if necessary, to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
